NGO Co-ordination Board
The Kenyan regulator established under the NGO Co-ordination Act of 1990 to register and oversee non-governmental organisations, and the mechanism through which registration pressure was historically applied.
The threat used to be the regulator, and donor money was the protection. Both halves of that have now reversed.
