What it does
A field-guide taxonomy of everyday Nairobi workarounds — water rationing, informal mobile-money banking, matatu logic, chama discipline — told as an illustrated, flippable graphic novel rather than a listicle. Each entry follows a fixed schema: precondition, ordered procedure, what it actually buys the person doing it. Companion research paper treats the same entries as a structured dataset against the jugaad / Système D / resilience-engineering literatures.
