Bringing utility services closer to every community

Enterprise software and hardware for African water utilities — field operations, billing, analytics, and customer management built for the operational reality of WASH service providers.

The problem

Kenya's water utilities distribute water to millions of people while losing 40–60% of it to non-revenue water — leaks, billing errors, unmetered connections, and data gaps compounded over years. Field technicians work from paper. Meter readers hand-deliver readings that take two weeks to reach billing. The utility has no real-time view of production vs. consumption. It operates, effectively, blind.

Our approach

AccessWASH gives water utilities the operational infrastructure to run like modern enterprises: real-time field operations, mobile meter reading, automated billing, ML-powered demand forecasting, and a stakeholder dashboard. Deployed across 4 major Nairobi utilities. Built in partnership with IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and Rotary International.

Africa's Institutions Don't Have a Funding Problem
Africa's public institutions aren't failing from a lack of resources. They are failing because they have never had the right tools. The technology exists — it just hasn't been built for here.
